We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the script/addon you purchased is not working. If you receive a defective script, please contact us within 48 hours of recieving order with details of the product and the problem.
Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Authorization” to receive a return authorization number. Please be sure to include the following information:

Upon receipt of the returned request, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
